Abstract
The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of the prediction of the moment of the rock cutting tool, especially when drilling directional and ultra-deep wells. A continuous measurement of the pressure pulsation of the washing liquid is made with its subsequent conversion to: electrical signals and then to the pressure fluctuation spectrum. The width of the normalized spectral density is taken as the wear criterion of a rock-breaking tool. The degree of tool wear is characterized by the bandwidth of the normalized spectral density. Description
The invention relates to a technique for monitoring and measuring parameters in the process of drilling oil and gas wells with hydraulic downhole motors and can be used to determine the degree of wear of the destructive tool in order to achieve its effective development.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the dosage of prediction of the moment of raising the rock-cutting tool, especially when drilling directional and ultra-deep wells.

Instruments at the beginning of chiseling.
The narrow-band pressure pulsation spectrum characterizes the prevailing frequency of the process.
Curve 2 characterizes the rock-destroying tool in the course of further work; the normalized spectral density in the region of higher frequencies is shifted, with a possible conversion to the broadband spectrum.
Curve 3 characterizes the limit. wear of the rock-destructive tool, sharp and random oscillations occur, the prevailing frequency of the normalized spectral density is absent, white noise is observed, at which the spectral density is constant.
Prediction of the moment of lifting the rock-cutting tool is made as follows.
Производ т непрерывный замер пульсации давлени промывочной жидкости, его преобразование в электрические сигналы и далее в нормированную спектральную плотность пульсации давлени промывочной жид,кости (например, анализатором спектра).The pulsation of the pressure of the washing liquid is continuously measured, its conversion into electrical signals and then into the normalized spectral density of the pressure pulsation of the washing liquid (for example, with a spectrum analyzer).
The degree of wear of the rock-destroying tool can be judged by the width of the band of the normalized spectral density. As soon as the white noise spectrum begins to prevail (curve 5), which indicates the maximum wear of the rock-destructive tool, it should be replaced.
