Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry and can be used to intensify the processes of increasing the production rate of oil wells, for processing production and injection wells, wells after overhaul, during well development, as well as monitoring their testing, at water wells and in underground leaching technology.
The closest technical solution adopted for the prototype is a method of acoustic impact on the bottom-hole zone of a productive formation exposed by a well, including treating the latter by irradiating with an acoustic field while operating the well [1]. The method is used at low reservoir pressures and temperatures and does not sufficiently increase the productivity of the reservoir.
The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity of the reservoir by restoring the filtration properties of its bottom-hole zone.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the known method of acoustic impact on the bottom-hole zone of a productive formation exposed by a well, which includes treating the latter by irradiating with an acoustic field, the filtration properties of the bottom-hole zone are measured before treatment, sections with reduced filtration properties are isolated, and then successively dot-wise from top to bottom, they are carried out repeated irradiation of sections of the bottomhole zone with reduced filtration properties of the acoustic field with intensity no less than 0.2 W / cm 2 , between each irradiation, the filtration properties of the bottomhole zone are re-measured, the dynamics of their recovery are determined and, according to the results of measurements during the formation treatment, the intensity and time of exposure to the acoustic field are increased until the filtration properties are stabilized with the subsequent cessation of exposure.
The drawing shows a diagram of the implementation of the proposed method.
The
The method is as follows.
An
In the selected section of the bottom-hole zone, sequential pointwise irradiation is carried out in the direction from top to bottom, starting irradiation with a minimum intensity of 0.2 W / cm 2 . After irradiation for about 5 minutes, stop it and again measure the filtration properties of the irradiated section of the bottomhole zone.
Depending on the change in these properties when compared with the results of previous measurements before irradiation, i.e. when determining the dynamics of restoration of properties, adjust the parameters of the processing modes. If necessary, an increase in intensity is carried out to a value of 5 W / cm 2 . Processing is carried out with periodic measurement of the filtration properties of the treated area until the stabilization of these properties occurs, after which all of the above operations are repeated at the next point in the bottomhole zone with reduced filtration properties.
Sequential point-by-point irradiation of the bottom-hole zones in the top-down direction allows for local exposure to areas with reduced filtration properties and to avoid loss of acoustic power in the event of gas phenomena in the well, which is aimed at increasing the productivity of the formation. The determination of the dynamics of restoration of filtration properties by periodically measuring them in intervals between irradiation cycles allows us to reliably evaluate the effectiveness and degree of acoustic impact on the formation and to make timely and targeted correction and optimization of acoustic impact modes directly in the process of exposure to ensure the highest productivity of the formation, while changing the intensity irradiation according to measurements of filtration properties and determination of dynamics their recovery in the range of 0.2 - 5 W / cm 2 is due to the fact that at an intensity of less than 0.2 W / cm 2, even with prolonged exposure, it is not possible to provide a significant change in filtration properties and a decrease in fluid viscosity, and the intensity is more than 5 W / cm 2 at the present time it is almost impossible to obtain in real borehole conditions on existing equipment.
To exclude losses of acoustic power and reduce the efficiency of the method, the time of the cycles of acoustic exposure is selected from 5 to 60 minutes, controlled based on the onset of stabilization of the filtration properties, while the exposure time and breaks between irradiation cycles are changed depending on the readings of the measuring system.
During the irradiation cycle of less than 5 min, the filtration properties of the bottomhole zone do not have time to significantly change. As for the irradiation time of more than 60 minutes, this can lead to unreasonable loss of time due to the onset of stabilization of the filtration properties before the expiration of this time, and the choice of time of not more than 60 minutes provides a more operational control of the filtration properties.
The method was tested on two wells.
П р и м е р 1. EXAMPLE 1. According to predefined filtration properties in the bottomhole zone, 2 sections were identified with reduced filtration properties at a depth of 2635 to 2638 m and from 2644 to 2649. A downhole tool with an acoustic emitter located in it was lowered to a depth of 2685 m. At this point for 5 minutes with an initial intensity of 0.2 W / cm 2 was irradiated. Then, the determination of filtration properties by thermometric measurements showed an improvement of these properties by 8%. Increasing the irradiation intensity to 2 W / cm 2 , irradiated for 20 minutes Measurements showed a change in filtration properties by 32%. The next irradiation cycle was carried out at an intensity of 3.5 W / cm 2 and a duration of 35 min. Due to the gas manifestation under the influence of a powerful acoustic field, the filtration properties worsened due to the clogging of the pore space with gas. Having again returned to the previous intensity regime of 2 W / cm 2 and having carried out 3 irradiation cycles of 10 min each, we obtained stabilization of the filtration properties at this point of the first section. The first section with intervals between points of 0.5 m was treated pointwise at intensity modes of 2 W / cm 2 for 50 minutes (20 minutes and 3 times for 10 minutes). Then, in a similar manner, the 2nd section was tested.
П р и м е р 2.
