Description

Methods are known for processing polymetallic ores according to the collective-selective flotation scheme for separating collective copper-lead concentrates, which involves the use of cyanide. However, the use of cyanide, which is a strong house, necessitates wastewater treatment.

To eliminate these drawbacks, copolymers of acrylonitrile with acrylic acid, obtained by polymerization of a mixture of acrylonitrile and acrylic acid in a molar ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 6, are added to the treated pulp as a reagent-suppressor for the flotation of lead minerals. . An 8% solution is prepared from the mixture, to which polymerization initiators are added, for example, potassium persulfate 0.5% and sodium hydrosulfite in an amount of 0.25% of the total monomers. The solution is maintained at 30-40 ° for 12-20 hours.

таблицу).The authors cite the results of testing the method in the separation of Zyrnovsky collective copper-lead concentrate during flotation for 5-8 min (see table).

Subject invention

1 : 6.A method for separating collective copper-lead concentrates with pretreatment with sodium sulfide to desorb reagents and subsequent flotation of copper minerals, characterized in that copolymers of acrylnitrile and acrylic are added to the treated pulp as a reagent-suppressant for flotation of lead minerals acid, obtained by polymerization of a mixture of acrylonitrile and acrylic acid in a molar ratio of from 1: 1 to 1: 6.
