Description

Известные способы обесцинковани  свинцовых концентратов, основанные на подавлении свинцовых и флотации цинковых минералов, заключаютс  в применении в качестве лепрессора свитово- минепп (галенита) смеси хромпика и извести или смеси сульфита и сернокислого железа. Описываемый способ заключаетс  в том, что концентрат или полупродукт перемешивают с хромпиком и сульфитом или сернистой кислотой, после чего производ т флотацию сфалерита.The described method consists in mixing the concentrate or intermediate with chrompeak and sulfite or sulfuric acid, after which the sphalerite is floated.

Применение способа обеспечивает более высокую степень разделени  свинцовых и цинковых минералов и, кроме того, позвол ет обходитьс  без медного купороса, который используют дл  активации цинкового минерала (сфалерита) и без подогрева пульпы.The application of the method provides a higher degree of separation of lead and zinc minerals and, in addition, allows avoiding copper sulfate, which is used to activate the zinc mineral (sphalerite) and without preheating the pulp.
