Изобретение относитс к литейному производству, а именно к изготовлению форм и стержней в нагреваемой оснастке .The invention relates to foundry, in particular to the manufacture of molds and cores in a heated snap.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the mixture for rods and molds by increasing its survivability and reducing energy consumption by lowering the temperature of curing of the mixture in the base.
Oligomers KF-90, KF-40, KF-35, Furitol-107 Furitol-125, etc. can be used as urea-furan binders.
Возможно применение и отходов хлорида алюмини при пересчете их на со- держание -чистого хлорида алюмини .The acidic catalyst is recommended to use aluminum hexacid chloride GOST 3759-75. It is also possible to use aluminum chloride waste when converting them to the content of pure aluminum chloride.
5000.Along with this, technological additives already used in the practice of the foundry industry can be introduced into the mixture: iron oxide, calcium stearate, VI-4 oil, graphite, simple oligoesters having the industrial name Laprol with various functionalities and molecular weights from 200 and up up to 5000.
The mixture is prepared as follows.
Quartz sand and: aluminum chloride are poured into the mixer, stirred for 1-10 minutes, then calcium oxide is added and stirred for 1-10 minutes, after which the oligomeric binder is added and the mixture is stirred for another 1-2 minutes.
Aluminum chloride and calcium oxide can be added to the mixture in the form of saturated aqueous solutions. This ensures a more uniform distribution in the composition.
1In tab. The compositions of the mixtures according to the invention are given. Table 1

The tensile strength is assessed on standard eights samples, hardened {at a temperature of model equipment and a hardening time of 7-70 s, tested in a hot state (at the time of removal from the crate) and in a cold state (after 1.5- 2.0 h). The cure rate is determined by the time of confirmation, corresponding to the maximum tensile strength of the specimens tested in hot and cold conditions. Survivability is assessed by reducing the ultimate strength in hot and cold conditions of specimens from a mixture, aged for 8 hours under production conditions.

Снижение температуры нагрева оснастки с 200-220 С до 140,С обеспечивает существенное сокращение энергозатрат (электричества или природного газа).From the data presented in Table 2, it can be seen that the mixture cures at a temperature of model equipment at high speed, the obtained samples have physical and mechanical characteristics that are 15-20% higher, and the survivability of the mixture increased 1.2 times. Reducing the heating temperature of the equipment from 200-220 C to 140, C provides a significant reduction in energy consumption (electricity or natural gas).
Thus, the composition of the sand-resin mixture according to the invention allows to obtain casting molds and cores with the required physicomechanical characteristics while maintaining a high curing rate, increase the survivability of the mixture, reduce the heating temperature of the model equipment and reduce energy consumption.
