Известен способ изготовлени виброкирничных стеновых панелей в формах с извлечением готовой панели из формы после набора ею прочности в 30 кг/см. Распалубка производитс в вертикальном положении на кантователе. Предложенный способ позвол ет снизить трудоемкость и ускорить работы по возведению каменных стен из панелей. Это достигаетс за счет укладки камней с зазорами между ними в открытую сверху горизонтальную форму со съемным со стороны опорной поверхности стены бортом. Зазоры между камн ми заполн ют раствором с вибрированием , затем форму привод т в вертикальное положение и устанавливают на фундамент или опорную поверхность стены и форму снимают.The proposed method makes it possible to reduce the labor intensity and speed up the work on erection of stone walls from panels. Предложенный способ .разработан на основании исследований, проведенных в Ереванском политехническом институте и показавших, что виброкаменна стенова панель имеет в раннем возрасте кладки до твердени раствора определенную жесткость. Это позвол ет свежую панель освободить из формы в вертикальном положении . Предложенный способ опробирован на строительстве четырехэтажного опытного жилого дома и в насто ш,ее врем рекомендован к внедрению.
