Известно, что изменение нат жени  полосы в непрерывных станах холодной прокатки приводит к изменению толщины полосы. Последнее св зано с наличием упругих свойств механической системы. Заднее нат жение полосы более эффективно вли ет на толщину полосы, чем переднее нат жение. Этот принцип используетс  в регул торах толщины, которые при отклонении толодипы полосы от заданной воз,действуют на скорость последней клети, измен   тем самым нат жение между последней и предпоследней клет ми, а значит и выходную .It is known that a change in strip tension in continuous cold rolling mills leads to a change in strip thickness. The latter is associated with the presence of elastic properties of the mechanical system. The rear tension of the strip more effectively affects the thickness of the strip than the forward tension. Предлагаемый регул тор отличаетс  от известных тем, что, с целью улучшени  регулировани  толщины прокатываемого металла, в систему регулировани  введен специальный узел, обеспечивающий автоматическое изменение коэффициента усилени  регул тора толщины с изменением скорости прокатки и при переходе на прокатку полос другой толщины.The proposed controller differs from those known in that, in order to improve the control of the thickness of the rolled metal, a special node was introduced into the control system that automatically changes the gain of the thickness regulator as the rolling speed changes and during the transition to the rolling of a different thickness.
