The invention relates to the essential oil industry and concerns methods for processing rose cell sap.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of the target products.
The method is carried out as follows.
Roses are added to cell sap 12-16% ethanol by weight of cell sap and the resulting solution is kept at ambient temperature for 6-8 days to separate mechanical impurities and homogenize the system. After that, the solution is filtered and vacuum distilled at 80-85 ° C and a vacuum of 0.3-0.7 kgf / cm. In this case, the distillate is distilled in an amount of 80-85% by weight of the cell sap. Essential oil and polyphenolic biologically active substances are isolated from limestone and distillate by limestone.
The method is illustrated by the following examples.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. 16 kg of ethanol are added to 100 kg of rose cell sap. The solution was incubated for 7 days and then distilled under vacuum at 83 ° C. In this case, 92.4 kg of distillate is obtained, from which the essential oil is recovered with a yield of 0.11%, and a distillation residue, from which 0.45% of polyphenolic biologically active substances is isolated.
In tab. Table 1 presents the results of a comparison of the known and proposed methods for the processing of cell sap.
2).The optimal process parameters ensuring maximum yield of the target products without deterioration are the addition of ethanol in an amount of 12-16%, a dwell time of 6-8 days, a distillation temperature of 80-85%, the amount of distillate 80-85% of the mass of cell sap ( Table 2).
The addition of 12–16% ethanol to rose cell sap, followed by holding the solution for 6–8 days and vacuum distillation at 80–85% with distilled 80–85% distillate of the initial mass of cell sap allows for an increase in yield target products of essential oils and polyphenolic biologically active substances.
