Abstract
The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to the field of production of materials with a nap applied to a substrate in an electrostatic field. The invention provides an increase in the strength of fixing the pile in the process of electrostatic application to the substrate with acrylic, polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane glue due to the fact that the aqueous composition for lint treatment contains 10-20 g / l of sodium aluminomethyl silicate and 0.05-10 g / l salt of inorganic acid. As a salt of an inorganic acid, the composition contains a compound selected from the group: sodium chloride, magnesium, calcium, aluminum, sodium sulfate, ammonium, copper, aluminum sodium metasilicate.

The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to the field of the production of pile-up materials applied on a substrate in an electrostatic field.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of fixing the pile in the process of electrostatic application to the substrate with acrylic, polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane glue.
Example. The preparation of pile materials is carried out as follows: first, pile (from polyester fibers with a length of 0.5-0.7 mm and a thickness of 0.33 tex or from viscose fibers with a length of 0.5-0.7 mm and a thickness of 0.33 tex or from polyamide fibers 2.5–3.0 mm long and 2, .22 tex) thick are washed with water at 80 ° C for 30 minutes to remove a sizing agent and dyed. The pile is then loaded into a batch apparatus and treated with an aqueous composition of an inorganic salt or a mixture of inorganic salts with a bath module of 1:10 for 10-15 minutes until the pile is completely immersed in the solution. After that, sodium alumomethylsiliconate is introduced into the solution and the lint is treated for 15 minutes. After processing, the pile is squeezed to a moisture content of 20% and dried at 100 C. After drying, the pile is sieved through a sieve to remove non-standard-sized fibers and mechanical impurities. Then it is applied in an electrostatic field on a substrate with polyvinyl chloride glue 0.7 mm thick or on a substrate with acrylic glue 0.2-0.5 mm thick, or on a substrate with polyurethane glue 0.2-0.5 mm thick .
To reduce the degree of damage to the pile with inorganic salts, acetic acid is introduced into the solution in an amount of 0.05-30.00 g / l.
In tab. 1 shows the composition for the treatment of the pile, and table. 2 - properties of pile materials.
