Установка дл  мойки сем н содержит шнеко- вый вал 2, загрузочный и выгрузной транспортеры 4, 5, узлы дл  подачи и слива воды и подачи воздуха, шнековый вал 2 имеет враш,ающиес  вместе с валом перегородки 9, образующие в корпусе камеры, часть дниш.а которых имеет перфорированные участки 10, образу  зоны барбо- тировани  и успокоени . Перегородки 9 имеют окна над рабочей поверхностью, а винтова  nviocKOCTb в зоне успокоени  выполнена с вырезом по примыкаюшей к валу стороне. При работе осуществл етс  непрерывный процесс барботировани  и отмы- ва сем н, всплывшие примеси удал ютс  потоком воды в сливные устройства, осевшие семена винтовой плоскостью перемешаютс  через окно в следующую камеру дл  повторной сепарации и затем - на выгрузной транспортер 5. 5 ил.
