Экстракт изготовл етс известным способом перкол ции следующим образом: 100 вес. ч. высушенных измельченных плодов бо рышника п типестичного смачивают в сосуде с притертой пробкой достаточным количеством растворител (70°-ный винный спирт), добавл его до полного равномерного пропитывани плодов. Через 4-6 часов набухшие плоды укладывают в перкол тор при открытом спускном кране, добавл равное количество растворител так, чтобы его слой над поверхностью обрабатываемого сырь составл л 30-40 мм. Вытекшую из крана жидкость заливают обратно в перкол тор, закрывают кран и оставл ют на 24 часа, затем медленно перколируют, спуска /48 часть используемого объема перкол тора за 1 час до получени 85 частей (по объему) перкол та . Перколирование продолжают до ис7ош,ени обрабатываемого сырь .
