Abstract

The invention relates to the meat industry, namely equipment for capturing and processing hides. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and ensure the possibility of shooting skins from tons of human livestock. The device for shooting skins from cattle carcasses contains a hanging path 1, a frame with parallel chains 3 with fixed, rolling pins 4 on them for fixing the hides, driving 5 and tensioning 6 sprockets and a drive. Each rolling pin 4 is fixed on a flap x 3 pivotally with an interval of not more than 1/3 of the circumference of the stars 5 and is equipped with a stabilizer, a comb and two fingers, pivoted at opposite ends of the latter. The device is also equipped with stops 12 and 13 installed in the upper and lower parts of the frame with the ability to interact with the fingers, and a mechanism for fixing the front legs, including a hook 14 with an eccentric, a rocker 16, a toothed segment 17 and a retainer 18 with a hook 19. The invention relates to the meat industry, namely equipment for capturing and processing hides.

The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity and the possibility of capturing hides with tons of human livestock.

The device for shooting skins from cattle carcasses contains a hanging path 1, a bed 2 with parallelly placed chains 3 with rolling pins attached to them 4 for fixing P1kura, drive 5 and tension 6 sprockets and a drive 7. Each rolling pin 4 is fixed on flail x 3 pivotally with an interval of not more than 1/3 of the circumference of the stars 5 and is equipped with a stabilizer 8, a comb 9 and two fingers 10 and 11, which are sharply fixed at its opposite ends. In addition, the device is equipped with stops 12 and 13 installed in the upper and lower parts of the bed 2 with the ability to interact with the fingers 10 and 11, and the mechanism of fixation of the front legs, including the hook 14 with the eccentric 15, the rocker 16, the toothed segment 17 and the latch 18 with the latch 19, while the hook 14 is connected to the segment 17 by means of the rocker arm 16 and installed with the ability to interact with the rollers 4, and the segment 17 with the latch 19. The device works as follows.

Placing the rollers with an interval of more than 1/3 of the circumference of the stars does not guarantee that the skin is under or above the stars without contact between the stars and chains, which can lead to a rupture of the skin.

The use of the device will improve productivity by reducing the time for fixing and discarding the skin, as well as taking pictures of the skins with tons of human livestock in one direction (from tail to head) and in the opposite direction (from head to tail).
