Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение попадани загр знений со шкуры на тушу и улучшение таким образом санитарного состо ни туши. Устройство состоит из горизонтального подвесного конвейера 1 дл туш, конвейера 2 дл фиксации передних конечностей, наклонного конвейера 3 дл фиксации и съема шкур с элементами 4, направл ющей дл шкур, расположенной между подвесным конвейером 1 и наклонным конвейером 3 и состо щей из наклонного 5 и горизонтального 6 участков 6, при этом к последнему примыкает наклонна полка 7 дл приема навала. 2 ил.The invention relates to the processing of livestock and can be used in installations, skinning the carcass in which occurs from the bottom up in a vertical position.
