Description

Devices are known for stringing bagel articles onto the whip, including a lower needle, an inclined plane for feeding products and a system of rotating rollers with depressions. However, in such devices it is difficult to in turn supply the products to the needle.

In the described device, a follower is applied for alternately feeding the products onto the needle, performing reciprocating motion, and a slam-shut valve located above it below the lower needle, made in the form of two spring-loaded and pivotally attached corner levers.

The device for stringing the donuts on the whip consists of a base /, an inclined plane 2, a distributing mechanism 3, a pusher 4, a clan-cutter 5, rotating rollers 6 and a lower needle 7.

Lamb product 8 from the hopper enters the inclined plane 2, moving along which it goes into the cavity 9, rotates; their rollers 6 and from there into the cassette 10.
