Abstract
PURPOSE: To supply predetermined number of products accurately to packing container by throwing rod product in lateral box formed with open side and open upper face then rising said product such that the open side faces upward while moving the box thereby feeding the rod product while standing them.
CONSTITUTION: The product G carried by means of conveyor 16 is thrown in the box 7 through open upper face 6, and when the counter 17 counted predetermined number the driving body 8 operates intermittently to advance the box 7 by one pitch. The box 7 moves intermittently for every pitch and swinged sequentially toward the side wall 3 by means of a guide bar 11 thereby the open upper face 6 of box 7 faces sideway. The box 7 reaches to forward rotary section 10 to rotate up and down while the open side 5 of the box 7 faces downward and the side wall 3 faces upward. Immediately after passing through an arched cover 13 the box 7 reaches to the feeding section 21, where the product G in the box 7 is fallen down into the container 14. Empty box 7 repeates intermittent movement and returns to the throw-in section 9.
