Abstract
с @ (ЛThe invention relates to modeling 4) and is intended to investigate the state of coal seams. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of modeling the acoustic characteristics of the rock mass. The material contains the following components in their ratio, wt.%: Epoxy resin brand ED-22 3,0-15,0; toluene 1.0-7.0; a mixture of polyethylene polyamine with triethanolamine, taken in a ratio of 3: 1: 0.4-2.75; quartz sand - the rest. Epoxy resin is used as a binder, a mixture of polyethylene polyamine with triethanolamine is introduced as a hardener, toluene is used as a diluent, and silica sand is used as a storage agent. To prepare the material, resin is first poured into the container, then toluene is mixed thoroughly until complete dissolution, and then pure quartz sand is poured. The mixture is stirred for 2-3 minutes, put into the formula, leveled, compacted with vibration and allowed to cure. 1 il. 1 tab. with @ (L

For ultrasound modeling, homogeneous, strong layered models with stable acoustic properties, with acoustically rigid and strong boundaries between layers, with a Young's modulus corresponding to the elasticity of real rocks, are necessary.
As can be seen from the table, the requirements of ultrasound modeling, taking into account the ratios in the density layers, the speed of the sound wave, acoustic rigidity and the Young's modulus (increasing the accuracy of modeling), satisfy compositions no. 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, of which You are the optimal parameters of the input components.
The final hardening time of the proposed compositions is 9-20 days, after which the acoustic parameters, such as the velocity of the longitudinal waves, are stabilized and kept for a long time constant (Fig. 1). This makes it possible to perform on models made from the proposed compositions all the necessary measurements to study the structure of the sound field in controlled conditions.
The applied grade of ED-22 resin has a high adhesion ability, which makes it possible to obtain a strong compound of the layers in the models, and also makes it possible to fix elastic pulses for distances of 50-60 cm from the source of vibrations. The resulting compositions have elastic moduli up to 18 GPa and acoustic rigidity up to 7 kg / ms, which better corresponds to the acoustic characteristics of mountain rocks.
