Устройство дл  остеосинтеза содержит фиксатор (фиг.2) в виде двух расход щихс  стержней 1 и 2; соединенных дугообразной отогнутой перемычкой 3, спицу 4 с одним загнутым кон- цом 5, а на другом конце 6 на резьбе установлена гайка 7. Загнутый конец 5 спицы 4 расположен между стержн ми 1 и 2, а резьбовой конец 6 устатак , что резьбовой конец располагаетс  в дугообразной перемычке 3. После этого на резьбовой конец 6 устанавливаетс  гайка 7, котора  при вращении контактирует с дугообразной перемычкой 3 и обеспечивает перемещение спицы 4, а значит, и перемещение фрагмента кости 8, т.е. компрессию.
