Оперативным путем сопоставл ют отломки , например бедренной кости,-и фиксируют их стержнем, введенным в костномозговой канал, в нижней трети бедра через дистальный 1этломок, в котором находитс полимерный наконечник стержн , провод т спицу Киршнера. Пройд через кость и полимерный нако«ечник , спица закрепл ет фиксатор в дистальном отломке. Навинчиванием гайки на резьбовую часть стержн обеспечивают плотное сближение отломков, При этом спица Киршнера несколько изгибаетс (фиг.1). Концы спицы фиксируют в дуге Киршнера и напр гают, что создает дополнительную компрес- сию отломков.
