Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopedics and maxillofacial surgery, and concerns the treatment of oblique and comminuted fractures of tubular bones, as well as fractures of the mandible. A device for osteosynthesis of oblique and comminuted fractures of tubular bones is known, which contains an annular fixator with dotted stops on the inner surface of I}. However, the device does not provide the necessary strength of osteosynthesis due to the small width of the ring. In addition, the operation is difficult due to the bulkiness of the device ... A device for osteosynthesis of bone and splintered fractures of tubular bones is known, which contains ring-shaped fixtures made of titanium 2 titanium. A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not provide the necessary strength of osteosynthesis, since. separate ring-shaped latches do not create sufficient compression. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of osteosynthesis and facilitate the operation. This goal is achieved in that it is a device for osteosynthesis of oblique and oscillatory. fractures of tubular bones, containing ring-shaped fixtures made of titanium nickelide; ring-shaped fixtures are connected by U-shaped bridges in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the circular fixators. In addition, the ring-shaped locks in the area of the U-shaped bridges and free ends are bent outwards to facilitate its removal from the bone. The free ends of the ring-shaped retainers are bent opposite at an angle of 60-90 °. FIG. 1a shows a device for osteosynthesis of oblique and comminuted fractures of tubular bones with two annular fixatives; in fig. 16 - the same, after deformation in liquid nitrogen; in fig. 1c - scheme of osteosynthesis of oblique fracture; in fig. 2 - scheme of osteosynthesis of comminuted fracture; in fig. For - the free ends of two ring-shaped fixers are bent opposite at an angle of 60-90 °; in fig. 36 - the same, at four ring-shaped fixers; in fig. Zv scheme of osteosynthesis of comminuted fracture device with four annular clamps, the ends of which are bent counter at an angle of 60-90 °. The device for osteosynthesis of oblique and comminuted fractures of tubular bones contains annular fixatives 1, which are connected by U-shaped bridges 2 in a plane perpendicular to the plane of annular fixatives 1, and has free ends 3 bent at an angle of 60-90 °. The material used is nickel titanium. The device works as follows. Nickel-titanium wire billet is heated to 573 K and U-shaped jumpers 2 are made in the same plane with crampon tongs, then the wire is bent to obtain ring-shaped fixtures 1 in a plane perpendicular to the jumper 2, and the ring-shaped fixers 1 can be bent outward 2 and free ends 3. Next, the free ends 3 bend in opposite directions at an angle of 60-90 °. The device is polished in a solution consisting of one part hydrofluoric acid, four parts nitric acid and five parts water. After comparing an oblique fracture of the tubular bone, the device is selected with a diameter of ring-shaped fixtures 1 that is 3-4 mm smaller than the diameter of the bone. Then, the finished device is immersed in liquid nitrogen, where the free ends 3 and the zone of jumpers 2 are diluted. Next, the device is placed on the associated fragments and held. After 20-30 seconds, the device tends to take on its original shape, with the ring-shaped fixtures 1 tightly covering and pressing the bone fragments resiliently against each other. For osteosynthesis of comminuted fractures, the free ends of 3 annular fixatives 2, bent in opposite directions at an angle of 60-90 °, are slightly bent in liquid nitrogen in the manner described above. Further actions are performed similarly to the device used in osteosynthesis of oblique fractures, only the free bent ends 3 are fixed in the pre-drilled holes of bone fragments. The proposed device allows an increase in the strength of the osteosynthesis, facilitates the operation, as a result of which the terms of treatment of patients are shortened and the outcomes are improved.
