The invention relates to medical technology, in particular, to devices for performing detonation-compression osteosynthesis, and can be used to deform long tubular bones (increasing their torsion - twisting along the axis |).

A device for compression osteosynthesis, the so-called A.V. The purpose of the invention is the possibility of rotation of one of the fragments with simultaneous compression.

This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for compression osteosynthesis, which contains a plate with holes and slots for fasteners, a flat spring, the plate has a branch and a groove made in an arc and inclined relative to the plane of the plate, and the flat spring is fixed at one end the branch, and the others is connected to the groove with a screw.
