Abstract
FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: product: sulfoacids, in part, ortho-substituted benzenesulfonylisocyanates of the general formulawhere R-NO, Cl, CH, C(O)OCH, H; R- H, Cl. Synthesis is carried out by phosgenation of the corresponding benzenesulfamides in the presence of tetramethylethylenediamine as catalyst and addition - hexamethylenediamine in medium of aromatic hydrocarbon, - o-xylene, p-xylene or ditolylmethane. Method ensures to decrease phosgene consumption by 2-fold, use available and low-cost catalyst and increase the yield of the end substances from 2-6% to 12-14%. Synthesized compounds are semiproducts for herbicide synthesis. EFFECT: intensified process, increased yield. 1 tbl
