Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике. Цель изобретени - обеспечение плавной регулировки нат жени швов в паховой области. Устройство состоит из основани 1, выполненного в виде большой опорной плош,адки 2 и малой опорной площадки 3. На перемычке 4 имеютс два направл ющих стержн 5. Пластина нат жени швов 7 может свободно двигатьс вдоль стержней 5. Если устройство не фиксировано при помощи съемных швов, то т га нат жени швов 7 с винтами 9 свободно снимаетс со стержней 5. Устройство состоит из основани 1, вы- полненного в виде большой опорной площадки 2 и малой опорной площадки 3, соединенных перемычкой 4. На верхней поверхности перемычки 4 имеютс два металлических направл ющих стержн 5, на которые надеваетс через отверсти 6 пластина 7 нат жени щвов. На пластине 7 нат жени щвов имеютс резьбовые отверсти 8, в которых ввинчиваютс регулирующие винты 9. Последние имеют головку 10 с нанесенной на нее насечкой, позвол ющей производить поворот винта рукой. Пластина 7 нат жени швов может свободно двигатьс вдоль направл ющих стержней 5. При вращении по часовой стрелке в резьбовом отверстии 8 винтов 9 торцова часть данных винтов упи- раетс в верхнюю поверхность перемычки 4, что приводит к перемещению пластины 7 нат жени швов вверх, вдоль направл ющих стержней 5.
