Abstract

FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for corrosion testing under stresses. Installation has base 1, medium chamber in the form of bath 2 put on it, mechanism loading samples with axial force, mechanisms controlling value of load manufactured in the form of level 11 with weight 12 attached to system of rotary levers joined to tie-rod 9. System 14 of rotary levers is anchored on support 13. Force on samples is transmitted through tie-rods 9 coupled to U-shaped clamps with the aid of grippers 3 and 4. The latter are mounted on walls of bath 2 with clearance which makes it possible to avoid usage of sealings and to increase accuracy of tests and reliability of installation. EFFECT: increased accuracy of tests, simplified design of installation while testing in liquid corrosive media as there is no necessity in tightening sealings. 1 dwg
