Abstract
FIELD: electronics; production of high-voltage capacitors. SUBSTANCE: inner surface of shell made of 20 turns of thermally shrinking material, 12 mcs thick, is covered with polyvinyl butyral dissolved in ethyl alcohol in concentration of 2-4% before section is placed in shell. Ethyl alcohol forms varnish layer, about 2-4 mcm thick, at temperature of 60-70 C. Partial sealing is made by means of heat treatment at 140 C for 15 min. Shell shrinks, solidifies, and firmlyadheres to section and to caps. After that section is impregnated with liquid insulating material and impregnating hole is sealed. Preliminary coating of shell with film-forming polymeric solution Provides for eliminating labour-consuming operations, such as sleaning of outer surface of section from impregnating compound remnants, covering of section with adhesive tape, preparation of thermosetting resin, potting of section ends in it, and its curing. EFFECT: reduced labour consumption.
