Изобретение, относитс к литейному роизводству, в частности к составам ормовочных песчано-бентонитовых месей, примен емых при изготовлении тального, чугунного и цветного ить .The invention relates to foundry production, in particular, to formulations of sanding-bentonite masses used in the manufacture of hardened, cast iron and colored molds.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the dolity and gas permeability of the mixture, as well as reducing its fallability. For the preparation of molding mixtures according to the invention, any type of bentonite can be used, corresponding to GOST 3226-77, but the greatest effect is achieved when using calcium-magnesium bentonite,
При этом, чем больше содержитс оборотной смеси, тем меньше добавл етс бентонита .The maximum amount of bentonite should be set when using fresh sands as a filler, and the minimum - when combining 20 fresh sands with a reusable mixture. In this case, the more the circulating mixture is contained, the less bentonite is added.
In the case of using a single -former-25 mixture, the refreshment of the initial components is established in the usual order, based on the actual loss of the components of the mixture.
As other refractory masoterials, traditional casting fillers can be used: quartz, zircon, and other sands or their regenerates, to activate bentonite in the composition of the mixture, waste of hydroxyethylcellulose is used.
Отход производства оксизтилцеллюло- зы содержит 80-90 мас.,% натри фосфорнокислого двенадцативодного (Na.PO хWaste from the production of oxystilcellulose contains 80-90 wt.% Sodium phosphate, twelve-element phosphate (Na.PO x

12 HJO) and 10-20 wt.% Of ethylene glycols - from mono- to hexaethylene glycol. Hydroxyethylcellulose production waste is a white powder that is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive and well dissolved in water. It is produced in the production of hydroxyethyl cellulose by treating alkali cellulose with ethylene oxide. At the same time, technological solutions (washings of technical hydroxyethylcellulose) are released, during regeneration of which a product is formed containing NajP04 12 HjO and polyethylene glycols. KazP04 12 HjO is formed as a result of the transfer of NaOH (catapisor of the synthesis reaction) with orthophosphoric acid in NajPO, -t2. Polyethylene glycols are formed as a result of side
