The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics, in particular to the treatment of a pseudarthrosis of the bones of the leg, complicated by shortening.

The purpose of the invention is the simultaneous elongation and thickening of the bones of the shin, due to the osteotomy of both tibial bones, followed by the application of stretching efforts to the reciprocal surfaces of the paired braids of the gay shin indirectly through the interosseous membrane and other soft tissues with simultaneous elongation.

The method is carried out as follows.
