(О ел с: оо СдЭThe invention relates to medicine, more precisely to surgery, and can be used in the treatment of stomach ulcers, polyposis, tumors, etc. The aim of the invention is to increase the antireflux properties of the anastomosis by creating an overhang of the intestinal wall around the stomach stump and preventing fibrous tissue degeneration of the anastomosis tissues due to the maintenance of blood supply. In order to carry out the method, the stomach is resected, part of it is sutured, a cone-shaped stomach stump with a diameter of 25-30 mm and a height of 10 mm is formed, and gray-serous stitches are placed on the posterior wall of the anastomosis, 10 mm indent from the edge of the stomach, after dissection of the intestine during 22 - 24 mm stitches on the mucous walls of the stomach and intestines and complete the formation of the anastomosis by applying sero-serous stitches on the front wall of the anastomosis at a distance. 10 mm from the seam of mucous membranes. д.more precisely to surgery, and can be used in the surgical treatment of gastric ulcers, polyposis, tumors, etc.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the anti-reflux properties of the anastomosis by creating a canopy of the intestinal wall around the stomach stump and preventing fibrous tissue degeneration of the anastomosis due to the maintenance of blood supply during the formation of the stomach stump
The method is carried out as follows.
The large and small curvature are mobilized, the duodenum is cut off and tightly sutured: 1/3, 2/3 or 3 / of the stomach is cut off. On the side of the greater curvature, a cone-jg of the roll group is formed - 4.9%. Duration
Таким образом, за счет стенки тощей кишки создаетс навес, при этом культю желудка погружают в просвет кишки и фиксируют серо-серозными швами.on the cult of the stomach with a diameter of 25-30 and a height of 10 mm. From the lesser curvature to the level of the intended anastomosis, the stomach cavity is sutured with a double suture. Between the posterior wall of the stump and the anterior wall of the jejunum, conducted through the mesentery window of the transverse-intestinal colon and parallel to the axis of the stomach, a gray-serous suture is placed, 10 mm away from the edge of the gastric mucosa. The indent of 10 mm from the sero-serous suture and parallel to its line in the transverse direction cuts through the wall of the jejunum for 22-24 mm. Consistently on the mucous membranes of the anterior and anterior walls of the anastomosis impose interrupted sutures of absorbable materials. The formation of the anastomosis is completed by sero-serous nodular sutures of its front wall, a distance of 10 mm from the seam of the mucous membranes. Thus, a canopy is created by the wall of the jejunum, and the stomach stump is immersed in the intestinal lumen and fixed with sero-serous sutures.
The pressure in the intestinal contents on the invaginated duplication leads to the closure of the latter, which largely eliminates regurgitation into the stump of the stomach, and also promotes batch and rhythmic evacuation of food, which enters the intestine from the stomach only when its previous portion is the result of peristaltic movements progressed distally along the intestine.
