Abstract
1. Способ десорбции соединений кремния с анионитов, включающий обработку анионита раствором минеральной соли и введение в суспензию гидроксида натрия при перемешивании, отличающийся тем, что, с целью снижения расхода гидроксида натрия, более полной десорбции кремния и повышения механической прочности регенерированного анионита, гидроксид натрия вводят в суспензию до pH среды 12,8 - 13,0, перемешивание ведут до концентрации кремния в суспензии (в расчете на диоксид кремния) 10 - 15 г/л и мольного отношения натрия, введенного со свободной щелочью, к кремнию 1,3 - 1,6, после чего уменьшают количество вводимого гидроксида натрия до pH среды 11,0 - 12,4, а перемешивание ведут до концентрации кремния в суспензии (в расчете на диоксид кремния) 40 - 50 г/л и мольного отношения натрия к кремнию 0,4 - 1,0.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при десорбции анионитов с содержанием в них кремния выше 40% (в расчете на диоксид кремния) процесс ведут при 35 - 40C.1.
