Abstract
п. (ЛThis invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, to heat treatment of steel. Description
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the heat treatment of steel.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the surface layer of products by reducing the thickness of the carbonized layer and reducing the loss of metal in the scale.
The invention is as follows.
лефоживани .The iron sulfate introduced into the furnace during thermal decomposition is released by the oxidizer SOj. During heat treatment, its action is summed up with the effect on the metal of other impurities in the furnace atmosphere (Tya oxidants, 0, SOL). In the atmosphere, the protective media used on the surface forms an oxide film, limited to the limits of the decarbonated layer and actively protecting the metal from the freezing drift.
The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
In tab. Figure 1 shows the results of annealing templates 4-6 mm thick from industrial steel production 25XGSA and VKZO sheets with an initial decarburization of 0.05-0.10 mm, the annealing was transferred in an atmosphere of highly pure nitrogen (99.98%) and decomposition products of iron vitriol.
In tab. Figure 2 shows the results of annealing the templates with a thickness of 6 mm from sheets of steel 25-ZOHGSA and VPSO, annealing was carried out in an atmosphere of particularly pure nitrogen with the introduction of iron sulphate in powder form into the furnace.
Figure 3 shows the results of the annealing of templates 6 mm thick from sheets of ZOHGSA steel, annealing was carried out in the atmosphere of exogaz PSO-09 with the addition of natural gas and the introduction of iron sulphate into the working space.
The technical and economic effect from the use of the proposed method and its variants consists in saving iron and alloying elements by
Экономи металла по предлагаемому способу составл ет 48 кг на 1 т проката.by reducing decarburization and oxidation at the same time. The loss of metal in this case is about 0.2% per 1 ton, i.e. about 2 kg per 1 ton of rolled metal. The metal saving of the proposed method is 48 kg per 1 ton of rolled metal.
