Description

Описываемый способ очистки бензольной головки от ненасыщенных соединений в отличие от известных способов нозвол ет выделить нолимерные соединени  и использовать их в производстве лаков, клеев и пластических масс. Дл  этого свежую обезвоженную бензольную головку обрабатывают комплексом фтористого бора с органическими соединени ми , например диэтиловым эфиром, метиловым и этиловым спиртами , уксусной КИСЛОТОЙ, СЛОЖНЫМИ эфирами.The described method of cleaning the benzene head from unsaturated compounds, in contrast to the known methods, makes it possible to isolate polymer compounds and use them in the production of varnishes, adhesives and plastics. Пример. В реактор, снабженный мещалкой, обратным холодильником и вод ной рубашкой, заливают бензольную головку и при ненрерывно работающей мепталке добавл ют раствор катализатора в ароматических углеводородах (бензоле, ксилоле, сольвенте и др.) из расчета 0,3-0,4% от веса бензольной головки (счита  на фтористый бор). Врем  реакции 30-40 мин. Далее реакционную массу, с целью ее нейтрализации и регенерации катализатора, обрабатывают сухим аммиаком, после чего подвергают фильтрации дл  отделени  вьшавщего осадка аммиаката фтористого бора. Путем обработки аммиаката фтористого бора серной КИСЛОТОЙ снова получают фтористый бор. Из фильтрата отгон ют сероуглерод и бензол. Остаток представл ет собою раствор смолы желтого цвета в углеводородах. Выход полимерных соединений около 20-30% зависит от содержани  ненредельных углеводородов в составе,Example.
