Abstract
и (Л СлЭ о О со СО О1This invention relates to process lubricants for the hot treatment of metals. The aim of the invention is to increase the lubricating, adhesive and anti-wear properties of the lubricant, which increase the resistance of the rolls, the productivity of rolling mills and the quality of the surface to be machined. The lubricant contains, in wt.%: The cubic residue of synthetic fatty acids 10-45; lanolin 1-10; estolides 12 - hydroxystearic acid 1-5; Zinc dialkyldithiophosphate 0.5-2.0; and mineral oil the rest. The lubricant reduces the penetration force by two times, the rolling capacity from 7 to 18% against 3.7 to 8.2% (with a known lubricant), more than doubles the adhesion properties. 4 tab. and (L SLE about O with CO O1

Адгезионные свойства образцов 3 и 5 провер ли применитель но к промышленным услови м (гор чей прокатке стали) по степени смьгваемос ти смазки водой с поверхности металла и оценивали по количеству смазки, оставшейс на образце металла после смыва %).Samples of lubricants 1-5 were tested on a laboratory two-roll mill 210 (roll diameter 200 mm, speed about rollers 0.5 m / s). The conditions for rolling are: temperature, samples — carbon steel and 3 PS steel, width of samples 60 mm, thickness 4 mm. The adhesion properties of samples 3 and 5 were tested according to industrial conditions (hot rolling of steel) by the degree of lubrication of water from the metal surface and evaluated by the amount of lubricant remaining on the metal sample after flushing%).
3,The test results are shown in Table. 3,
In tab. 4 shows the results of industrial tests of the proposed lubricant (sample 3) in comparison with islanoline, estolides 12-hydroxystearic acid, Dialkyl dithiophosphate zinc (DF-11), mineral oil I-20A.
№The presence in lanolin of a significant amount of cholesterol esters (and its analogues) with higher fatty acids and high molecular weight alcohols, the ability to absorb large amounts of water, the difficulty of saponification provide it with high adhesion (deterioration of the washability of grease with known lubricant (5) with hot rolls cooling water), anticorrosive carbon steels on the stand rozionnye and lubricating properties.
