Изобретение относитс к грузо- подъемньм и транспортным устройствам, а именно k конструкци м приводных и направл ющих канатоведущих шкивов. оснащенных футеровкой. Цель изобретени - упрощение ее монтажа и повышение надежности работы. Шкив 1 имеет обод с желобом, куда устанавливаетс кольцева футеровкаj выполненна из отдельных элементов, на торцовых поверхност х которых имеютс скосы, а на боковых - пазы, в которых расположены гибкие св зи, представл ющие собой стальной тросик или капроновый шнур. Шкив 1 имеет обод 2 с желобом, куда устанавливаетс кольцева футеровка 3, выполненна из отдельных элементов 4, на торцовых поверхност х которых имеютс скосы 5, а на боковых ,- пазы 6, в которых расположены гибкие св зи, 7, представл ющие собой, например, стальной тросик или капроновый шнур. Концы гибких св зей оборудованы замком 8, с помощью которого футеровку легко можно замкнуть ,5 в кольцо. Демонтаж и замена футеровки 3 осуществл ютс , по следующей схеме.The removal and replacement of the lining 3 is carried out according to the following scheme.

Не снима канат 10, шкив 1 проворачиваетс , замок 8 выводитс в нерабочую зону и расстегиваетс , к одному из свободных концов замен емой футеровки 11 подсоедин етс футеровка 12, состо ща из новых футеровоч- ных элементов, затем шкив 1 снова проворачиваетс до тех пор, пока замен ема футеровка полностью не освободитс , после чего изношенна футеровка отсоедин етс , а установленна вновь замыкаетс в кольцо.The cable 10 is not removed, the pulley 1 is turned, the lock 8 is brought out of the non-working zone and unfastened, the lining 12 consisting of new lining elements is connected to one of the free ends of the replaceable lining 11, then the pulley 1 is turned again until until the replaceable lining is completely loose, after which the worn lining is detached, and the installed lining is closed in a ring.
