Description

Evenness in the fineness of textile yarns is one of the essential indicators of their quality. Various instruments are known for determining irregularities in the fineness of texril yarns using an amplifier, an electromagnetic loop oscilloscope, an integrator, and measurement planes with a piezoelectric element. However, these devices are complex and of little use for detecting unevenness in the fineness of continuously moving textile yarns, for example, raw liquor.

The described device, which has a higher sensitivity, can be used in production and research laboratories to determine the unevenness of continuously moving raw lye threads. The peculiarity of the device is that, in order to periodically charge the test thread between the measuring planes, before the latter, the guide thread of the sub-plug, which is pivotally connected to the core of the electromagnet, periodically connected to the current source by means of a contact plate mounted on the drive shaft.

The drawing shows a diagram of the device.

МПО-2) и фиксируютс  на осциллограмме (дл  неровноты внбраThe unevenness of the thread / slit raw is perceived by the piezoelectric element 2 with a continuous passage of the thread between the prism 3 and the hook, vOM 4, which is connected to the piezoelectric element clamp 5. The thread / rewind from the roller 6 to the roller 7 is periodically removed from under the hook 4 and a spring-loaded fork S, which is pivotally connected to the core of the electromagnet 9, which periodically connects to the current source with a contact plate W mounted on the drive shaft 11, gets under it. The electromotive force generated by the piezoelectric element 2 is supplied to amplifier 12, the pulses from which are directed to an electromagnetic oscilloscopic oscilloscope (for example, of type MPO-2) and are recorded on an oscillogram (for unevenness
