Применение вальцовых батарей на картофелеуборочных машинах дл  сепарации и очистки клубней от ботвы ие получило распространени  вследствие их неудовлетворительной работы.The use of roller batteries on potato harvesters for the separation and cleaning of tubers from the tops has not spread due to their unsatisfactory performance.

В предлагаемой батарее вальцы имеют в сечении эксцентрично-лекальную форму, что обеспечивает при враш,ении вальцов посто нный зазор между «ими, а установка батареи под углом и применение подвижных очищающих щеток обеспечивает ей надежную работу и хорошее перемещение массы. Клубни и комки двигаютс  по наклонной плоскости с разной скоростью, одновременно с этим масса поднимаетс  вальцами вверх и перемещаетс  поперек батареи .
