Description

A known aggregate for dissolving and filtering tannins, comprising an apparatus for dissolving a dry extract and apparatus for filtering a solution and for washing a precipitate.

The described unit for dissolving and filtering tannins, as compared with the known, is more productive and allows improving the quality of tanning solution. In the apparatus, the apparatus for filtering the solution and for washing the sediment are structurally similar and equipped with a trough-shaped housing in which; ia the hollow shaft is equipped with a mesh drum, frictionally connected at the top with another drum sheathed with felt and which is reinforced with a scraper and an inclined tray for transferring sediment from the filtering apparatus to the washing apparatus. A mixing device is mounted in the apparatus for washing the sediment under the sieve drum. For transporting sludge from one apparatus to another, the inclined tray is provided with a flushing device.

The apparatus for dissolving the dry extract is a horizontal cylinder} rotating on rollers 2 from drive 3. From one end of the cylinder / mounted, a screw-like partition 4 attached from one side to the walls of the cylinder / and from the other side to the central axial bar 5. In the cavity 16 of the cylinder / there are several shelves 17 for improved mixing with rotation of the cylinder.

The apparatus for filtering the solution has a trough-shaped casing / 6, in which the net drum 20 rotates on the hollow shaft 19. Above the drum 20 there is a friction-connected drum 21, sheathed in felt. By forming the drum 21, a scraper 22 is hardened to remove the sediment. The contaminated mixture is transferred from the apparatus for dissolving the dry extract through an inclined tray 23.

The apparatus for washing the precipitate is of the same type as the filtering solution, but it has a mixing device 24 located at the net by drum 25 of this device, at the exit of which is a scraper 26. Between the drums 21 and 27, lined with felt, there is an inclined tray equipped with a drain device 28. The sludge washer is actuated by actuator 29.

During the operation of the unit, the contaminated solution of tannins from the bore 16 of cylinder 1 through the open valve 13 is poured into the pocket 14, from which through the neck 15 flows into the tray 23. From the tray 23 the solution is sent to the filtering apparatus, drum 20, the solution passes through the mesh surface of the drum and the already filtered solution through the hollow shaft 19 enters the collection of the finished extract. The sediment applied to the felt} to the generalization of the drum 21 is removed from it by the scraper 22. The washing device 29 transfers the sediment to the washing apparatus, where the device 24 is stirred with water. The liquid passes through the surface of the mesh drum 25 and through its hollow wa.t 30 flows into the corresponding collection for subsequent use. The sediment adhering to the felted drum of the drum 27 is discharged by skir-ebkom 26 to the trough-shaped receiver 31. The pure tanning solution obtained and supplied from the unit goes to tanning leather. The removal of solid residues from cylinder 1 is carried out with its reverse rotation.

Aggregate - for dissolving and filtering tannins, including an apparatus for dissolving dry extract and apparatus for filtering the solution and for washing the sludge, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of the solution and increase the productivity of the aggregate, the apparatus for filtering and washing constructively single-toned and provided with each trough-shaped body in which a mesh drum is mounted on the hollow shaft, at the top is frictionally connected with another drum, common felt, and along a generator, which is reinforced for removal of sludge scraper and an inclined chute for transferring sludge from the apparatus for filtering in apparatus for washing. 2. The unit for dissolving and filtering tannins according to claim 1, characterized in that, in order to eliminate the losses of tannins, a mixing device is mounted in the apparatus for washing the sludge under the screen drum. 3. Unit for dissolving and filtering tannins no PP. 1 and 2, characterized in that, in order to mechanize the process of transporting sludge from one apparatus to another, the inclined chute is provided with a flushing device.
