This invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to the manufacture of capacitor paper.
The aim of the invention is to increase the electrical strength of the paper.
Condenser paper contains as an active filler a mixture containing, in wt.%: Noligorskite 5-95 and titanium dioxide 5-95. The mixture is injected into the paper. the amount of 3-9% by weight of absolutely dry fiber.
Example 1. The calculated amount of palygorsk (I) and titanium dioxide (II) in the ratio of 95 and 5% respectively in the form of finely divided sludge is mixed and the mixture is ground in a porcelain mortar. Then the mixed filler is transferred into a glass, and the amount of demineralized water, which is necessary to obtain a 5% concentration of the suspension of the mixture, is added. A suspension consisting of a mixture of 1 and II, after stirring on a mixer in the amount of 5% of absolutely dry fiber, is introduced into the calculated amount of ground and prepared pulp in the usual way. The entire contents are stirred on a stirrer for 10 minutes. From the resulting composition in a known manner on a sheet-making apparatus produce samples of capacitor paper. Some paper samples are compacted on a supercalender by two passes between the shafts. The results of testing compacted and unconsolidated paper samples are shown in the table.
1.Examples 2-6. A suspension of a mixture of I and II, prepared in accordance with Example 1, is introduced into the pulp in the ratio of x in the amount shown in the table. The fabrication, compaction, and testing of dry paper samples are described analogously to Example 1.
Параллельно изготавливают аналогичным образом образцы бумаги с добавкой в бумажную массу палыгорскита и -окиси алю мини (у А12Оз) в соотношении 95:5 (пример 8) и с добавкой в бумажную массу 100% палыгорскита (пример 9) и 100% TiOz (пример 7).In parallel, samples of paper are added in the same way with the addition of palygorskite and α-alumina (for A12Oz) to the pulp in a ratio of 95: 5 (Example 8) and with the addition of 100% palygorsite (Example 9) and 100% TiOz (Example 7 ).
Comparative tests of paper samples are tabulated.
45-50%.An analysis of the results of testing paper samples made in accordance with the invention (examples 1-6), as compared with the known (example 8), shows that the introduction of palygorskite and titanium dioxide to the composition of the mixed filler paper provides an increase in dielectric strength up to 25% of paper both compacted and calendered, and the dielectric constant of the paper according to the invention increases by 45-50%.
The increase in dielectric constant and dielectric strength of paper is explained by the formation of more dense
Введение смешанного наполнител не приводит к ухудшению показател тангенса угла диэлектрических потерь, его значение находитс на одном уровне с известным и составл ет 0,17% (В сухом виде при температуре 120°С) Введение смешанного наполнител в бумагу в количествах более 20% от абсолютноthe structure of the paper web due to a more complete filling of the pores and the free space between the fibers in the web with the components of the mixed filler. The introduction of a mixed filler does not lead to a deterioration in the tangent of dielectric loss, its value is at the same level as the known one and is 0.17% (In dry form at a temperature of 120 ° C)
Применение такой бумаги позвол ет также исключить очень дорогой, трудоемкий и пожароопасный процесс лакировани бумажного диэлектрика перед его металлизацией в производстве радиоконденсаторов, приводит к снижению металлоемкости и материальных затрат.dry fiber leads to a significant reduction in its mechanical and electrical strength. Increasing the electrical strength and dielectric constant of the paper allows increasing the capacitance of the capacitor, increasing the total charge of the capacitor with its unchanged size and the value of the applied voltage, and increasing its service life. The use of such paper also makes it possible to eliminate the very expensive, laborious and fire-hazardous process of varnishing a paper dielectric before it is metallized in the production of radio capacitors, which leads to a decrease in metal consumption and material costs.
