The invention relates to a control and measurement technique and can be used to measure the geometrical parameters of a laser beam. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy by increasing the measuring base of the device without increasing its real dimensions with the help of a beam propagation path simulator. The drawing shows the optical layout of the device. The device contains a simulator 1 of the beam propagation path located along the radiation path and made in the form of two identical telescopes. 2 IDs installed on the same axis along the beam with the possibility of measuring the length of the optical gap between them, a plane-parallel plate 4 located along the beam path behind the track simulator 1 and installed at an angle of 45 ° to the axis, and the beam plate 5 located along the reflected from a plane-parallel plate 4 radiation beams in a plane, perpendicular to the axis of these beams. The device works as follows. The laser beam under study passes the track simulator 1, which provides the necessary length of the measuring base SC by changing the length of the optical gap X between the telescopes 2 and according to the relation where G is the angular increase of the telescope
2. The beam passed through simulator i hits a plane-parallel plate 4 and when reflected from its parallel faces splits into two beams of approximately equal intensity, the axes of which are parallel and displaced one relative to another by a distance hd (0.5), where d and n - thickness and refractive index of plate 4, respectively. The beams reflected from the plate 4 are directed onto the photoplate 5, with the help of which the interference pattern arising in its plane is recorded in the form of equidistant bands. From the distance between these bands By the radius of the wave front, R, is determined by the formula h h,. „-., Where j is the wavelength of the laser radiation. The invention The device for measuring the geometric napaivieTpoB laser beam containing €; e plane-parallel pdastina located along the beam of radiation at an angle of 45 to the beam axis, photostrip 1, located along the beam of radiation reflected from a plane-parallel plate in the plane perpendicular to the plane This beam, which is different from the fact that, in order to improve the measurement accuracy, it is equipped with a beam propagation simulator, located along the beam in front of a plane-parallel plate and filled in the form of two identical. of the telescopes mounted on the same axis along the beam with the possibility of changing the optical gap between the kimk and oriented so that the eye of the second telescope is directed towards the eye of the first telescope.
