Description
The invention relates to the technology of purification of alkali metal orthophosphate solutions and may be used in the preparation of alkali metal tripolyphosphates.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process by eliminating the use of the adsorbent in order to keep a high degree of purification from iron.
Example 1.1 L of a 50% sodium orthophosphate solution used in the preparation of sodium tripolyphosphate, with an initial iron content of 0.03%, is heated to 90 s. 2.83 g of acetic acid hydroxyquinoline (12 ml of a 4.5% solution of hydroxyquinoline in 8.7 and acetic acid) are added to the solution of the orthophosphate. The mixture is stirred for 1 hour. The orthophosphate solution is filtered and dried under the conditions used in the production of sodium tripolyphosphate. The iron content in dry sodium orthophosphate is 0.0006, the degree of purification is 98%. Acetic acid hydroxyquinoline is added to the orthophosphate solution as a 4.5% solution.
Использование г растворов с концентрацией 455% нецел сообразно из-за лишнего разбавлени раствора ортофосфата, который затем идет на сушку.hydroxyquinoline (grade h) in 8.7 and acetic acid (two times diluted ice with acetic acid. A solution of 4.5% is the most concentrated. The use of g solutions with a concentration of 455% is non-targeted according to the excessive dilution of the orthophosphate solution, which then goes for drying.
Содержание железа в сухом ортофосфате кали составл ет 0,0018, степень очистки - 94%.Example 2. 1 l of a 50% aqueous solution of potassium orthophosphate with an initial iron content of 0.03% is heated to. To the solution was added 2.12 g of acetic acid hydroxyquine. The mixture is stirred for 1 hour. The orthophosphate solution is filtered and dried under the conditions used in the production of tripolyphosphate. The iron content in dry potassium orthophosphate is 0.0018, the purification rate is 94%.
In tab. 1 shows the dependence of the degree of purification on time. interactions
95-99%.The degree of purification by a known method of 95-99%.
As can be seen from the data table. 1 at
уменьшении количества уксусно-кислого оксихинолина ( 2,12 г на 1 лreducing the amount of acetic acid hydroxyquinoline (2.12 g per liter
раствора ортофосфата натри ) и времени взаимодействи ( 0,5 ч) глубина очистки уменьшаетс .sodium orthophosphate solution) and reaction time (0.5 hour), the cleaning depth is reduced.
The addition of more than 4.24 g of acetic acid hydroxyquinoline to the orthophosphate solution is impractical, since the iron content does not change significantly, and the cost of cleaning increases. An increase in the heating time of the solution (1 hour) also does not lead to an improvement in the quality of the product and is impractical because of the excess energy consumption.
2 presents the data of laboratory tests of the filterability of sodium orthophosphate solution, purified by various methods (Buchner funnel, filter - blue ribbon),
As can be seen from the table. 2, the use of the proposed cleaning method makes it possible to repeatedly use a filter, and the filtration rate of a solution without a sorbent is about 2 times higher.
95-98%.Simultaneously with the removal of iron, the solution of alkali metals is purified from impurities of Ca, Mg, A1. The degree of purification is 95-98%.
