Станок содержит механическую ленточную пилу 1, перемещающуюс  от Приводных колес 2 и 3, установленньо внутри корпуса 4, опускающегос  вместе с пилой 1 к разрезаемому материалу 5, и основание 6, на котором размещена рама 7 с плитами 8 и 9, На одном конце рамы 7 закреплена губка 10. Подвижна  губка 11 выполнена за одно с плитой 12. Губки 10 и II имеют вертикальные прорези 13 и 14, которые проход т от верхней части плиты 12 и совпадают с плоскостью перемещени  пилы 1. Плита 12 имеет нак-лонный желоб 15, а на основании зубчатую рейку 16, котора  взаимодейстзует с рычагом 17, имеющим фиксирующий . Рычаг 17 св зан со штоком 19 гидроцилиндра 20, в котором размещена пружина 21. Внутри рамы 7 установлена пластинчата  пружина 22 с наклонным участком 23. Рычаг 17 взаимодействует с пружиной 22 посредством ролика 24.
