Description

Предлагаемое устройство отличаетс  от известных тем, что оно выполнено в виде вертикально расположенного цилиндрического излучате .л  диаметром, равным длине сто чей ультразвуковой волны, снабженного в верхней части устройством дл  подачи пульпы, а в нижней - приемным устройством. Последнее состоит из трех коаксиально расположенных цилиндров, из которых внутренний и внешний сообщаютс  между собой и служат дл  приема породы, а средний предназначен дл  приема угл . Устройство представл ет собой цилиндрический излучатель /, ось которого расположена вертикально. Пульпа подаетс  из резервуара шламовым насосом в приемную часть 2 и проходит через ультразвуковое поле внутри излучател - По мере движени  пульпы к разгрузочной части 3 излучател , частицы угл  уплотн ютс , сосредотачива сь по. кольцевому цилиндру со средним диаметром (где К - длина волн, создаваемых излучателем). Породные частицы сосредотачиваютс  в узлах колебаний, т. е. в центре трубы и по периферии. Отвод продуктов разделени  осуществл етс  приемным устройством 4, выполненным в виде трех коаксиальных цилиндров переменного сечени . Внутренний цилиндр . 5 сообщаетс  с внешним цилиндром 6, по которому отводитс  породна  пульпа.
