Description

A method is known for producing heat-resistant lacquer for enameling wires by condensing aromatic acids of alnes to their esters, in particular terephthalic acid dimethyl ester, with glycols and glycerol. This method is based on the esterification reaction, known in organic chemistry and in the chemistry of high molecular weight compounds.

The described method of producing heat-resistant lacquer compared with the known one allows using waste from the production of synthetic fiber of lava and in the form of filling ends, matted threads, scraps of knitwear, wastes of preparatory and weaving workshops of textile factories, as well as wastes from the production of Mylar and Hostan films produced cutting rolls, and other substandard in thickness and size of the flaps of the film.

For this purpose, polyethylene terephthalate is used as a derivative of terephthalic acid, which is subjected to heating with glycerol first at 250-260 and then at 280-285 in the presence of lead oxide as a catalyst.

The method is carried out in the following manner. Dehydrated glycerin and waste products from the production of synthetic fiber lavsan at the rate of 0.5 mol of glycerin per 1 mole of waste are loaded into the apparatus, equipped with a mechanical baffle and a thermometer. The process of destruction is carried out at 250-260 for 2-3 hours, after which the temperature is raised to 280-285 °, a catalyst — lead oxide (0.1–0.2Vo by weight of the reaction components) is introduced and the temperature is maintained at a running mixer. 280-285 ° for an hour.

Готовый лак сливают в тару.- The ethylene glycol released during the reaction can be collected by stripping through a direct cooler. At the end of the release, the ethylene hydrochloride mixture is cooled to 150-160 °, diluted with tricresol and thoroughly mixed. The amount of tricresol is taken depending on the viscosity of the lacquer produced. Ready varnish is drained into the container.

Эмалированные этим лаком провода имеют высокую нагревательную стойкость (в течение 5 суток при 200° эмалированные провода сохран ют исходную эластичность) и высокую механическую прочность , позвол ющую примен ть эти провода без дополнительной обмотки .The resulting lacquer is used to enamel the wires in a conventional manner. The wires enameled with this varnish have a high heating resistance (for 5 days at 200 ° the enameled wires retain their original elasticity) and high mechanical strength, which makes it possible to use these wires without additional winding.

Subject invention

The method of producing heat-resistant lacquer for enameling wires based on derivatives of terephthalic acid, characterized in that, in order to use waste fibers and lavsap films, polyethylene terephthalate is used as a derivative of terephthalic acid, which is subjected to heating with glycerol at 250-260 ° and then at 280-285 ° in the presence of lead oxide as a catalyst.
