Известные конструкции трубок дл интубации бронхов неудобны дл раздельной интубации, так как требуют применени дополнительных инструментов и приспособлений.The known constructions of tubes for intubation of bronchi are inconvenient for separate intubation, since they require the use of additional tools and devices.

Предлагаемое устройство состоит из двух скрепленных друг с другом трубок с разведенными концами дл интубации правого и левого бронхов и обтураторов, обеспечивающих герметичное соединение бронхов с трубкой и изол цию правого бронха от левого. Кроме того, трубка снабжена проводником, облегчающим проведение разведенных концов через голосовую щель.The proposed device consists of two tubes connected to each other with diluted ends for intubating the right and left bronchi and obturators, providing a tight connection between the bronchi and the tube and isolating the right bronchus from the left one.
