Abstract
о ю 4 4 4 СО to NO Ф1Аг.1The invention relates to instrumentation. To expand the dosing range, pneumatic cylinders 19, 20 are introduced into the device, pistons 21 and 22 of which are connected to the corresponding rods 14 and 15. During discharge cycles of the metered liquid, pistons 12 and 13 are displaced by the force developed by the pistons under the action of compressed air supplied through the air switching elements 23 into the pneumatic cylinders 19, 20. The overlap in time of the injection cycles of both pneumatic cylinders provides continuous transmission of rotational movement through the rods 14 and 15 and the cams 16, 17 onto the drum 6. Description
The invention relates to instrumentation.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the dosage range.
2 - устройство согласовани направлени движени поршней пневмоцилиндров с движением штока поршней с бесконтактными одреключа- тел ми на фотодиодах, вариант выполнени .FIG. 1 shows a dispenser of continuous action; in fig. 2 shows a device for matching the direction of movement of the pistons of the pneumatic cylinders with the movement of the piston rod with contactless switches on the photodiodes, an embodiment.
15.The dispenser consists of an electric drive 1 with a coupling 2, a housing 3, in which a drum 6 with screw grooves — right 7 and left 8 — is mounted on shaft 4 and bearings 5, and cylinders 10 and 11 are self-braking on both sides of the drum for suction and injection of metered fluid with pistons 12 and 13 connected to rods 14 and 15, in which the cams 16 and 17, which interact with the helical grooves of drum 6, are fastened. Cylinders 10 and are connected to suction and discharge valves 18. Pneumatic cylinders 19 and 20 with pistons 21 and 22, which are connected with the corresponding rods 14 and 15, are mounted with pins with rods 14 and 15.
The pneumatic cylinders 19 and 20 are supplied with compressed air during injection cycles by switching elements (spool switches) 23, controlled by a cam, mounted on the drum shaft 4 or electropneumatic valves (Fig. 2), controlled by proximity switches on photodiodes 24 and 25 by means of the shutters 26 and 27 fastened to the rods 14 and 15. During the suction cycles of the cavity of the cylinders 19 and 20, the switching devices 23 communicate with the atmosphere.
The dispenser works as follows.
Rotational movement from the electric drive 1 with the coupling 2 through the self-braking
Дозатор непрерывного действи позвол ет посредством маломощного электропривода задавать частоту вращени барабана и циклограмму движени поршней дозатора значительных габаритов, а нагнетание осуществл ть пневмоцилиндрами соответствующей мощности.the worm gear 9 is transmitted to the drum 6, the helical grooves 7 and 8 of which define the cyclogram of movement of the pistons 12 and 13 through the rods 14 and 15 and the cams 16 and 17. The pistons 12 and 13 move during pumping cycles by the forces developed by the pistons 21 and 22 pneumatic cylinders 19 and 20, since at this time the pressure of compressed air is supplied to each of them through the air switching elements 23 and they are communicated with the atmosphere during suction cycles. Since the discharge cycles of both cylinders overlap in time, the rotational motion is continuously transmitted from the pistons of the pneumatic cylinders through the rods and the cams to the drum by means of helical grooves, but the self-braking worm gear prevents the rotational movement from being transmitted to the metering drive. The continuous dispenser allows you to set the drum rotation frequency and the cycling diagram of the piston movement of the dispenser of significant dimensions by means of a low-power electric drive, and the injection is carried out using pneumatic cylinders of the appropriate capacity.
