Description
I 1I 1
The invention relates to mixing processes and can be used in various sectors of a national economy, for example in chemical industry.
The aim of the invention is to intensify the dispersion and increase the quality of the mixture without increasing energy consumption, i.e. increase work efficiency.
1.FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the device; in fig. 2 is a section: zA-A in FIG. one.
The cavitation disperser (Fig. 1) includes a housing 1 with vertical elastic plates 2 installed inside it, a rotor 3 with radial elements 4. The housing has 5 inlet and outlet 6 fittings. Elastic plates 2 are arranged in pairs and interconnected at an angle to each other so that the apex of the angle is directed to the rotor axis. Elastic plates 2 are located on the periphery of the housing. The radial elements 4 consist of two vertical plates fixed; on the rotor brackets at an angle to each other so that the top of the angle is directed from the rotor axis. When the tops of the corners formed by the elastic plates 2 and the radial elements are facing each other, the profile of the Venturi tube is formed in their horizontal cross section.
Dispersant works as follows.
43793ZThe rotor 3 is driven to rotate, while dispersible materials are fed to the inlet fitting 5 at the same time. During the rotation of the rotor 3, its elements are 4 near to the plates 2, forming the profile of the Venturi tube, in which 43793Z
In a narrow section, the pressure drops to the value of the total vapor of the emulsified liquid and hydrodynamic cavitation occurs. As a result of cavitation, collapsing cavities periodically form in the liquid. The density of the medium at the points of origin of cavitation varies significantly from
10 density of saturated steam to density.
The constant occurrence and destruction of caverns leads to continuous phase transformations of the substance according to the scheme liquid – vapor – liquid. The collapse of caverns is accompanied by the propagation of spherical waves in a liquid, with pressure pulses like microarrows.
20 Cavitation arising in a narrow section of a Venturi pipe is accompanied by pressure pulsation and. causes the plate 2 to oscillate, as a result of which in the areas around the plates
25 alternating pressure pulsations and cavitation occurs in these areas. In addition, as the flow passes through the venturi tube, oscillating elements generate ultrasonic
.3Q oscillations that propagate in the liquid and cause acoustic cavitation throughout the entire volume of the dispersant. .
In this way, the liquid and the dispersible material are subjected to repeated exposure to cavitation, ultrasonic waves and mechanical impact, which causes intense mixing, crushing, dispersion, and contributes to the turbulent diffusion of dispersible materials over the radial section.
