№ 1105218.The invention relates to column mass-exchange apparatus designed for cleaning air from chemicals, in particular, the day of cleaning ventilation emissions from caprolactam, and is an improvement of the known device described in ed. No. 1105218.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the apparatus by eliminating the solid product on the plates.
1.Fig, 1 shows the proposed absorber, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.
20The abs-orber with a movable nozzle contains a vertical housing 1 with horizontally mounted perforated plates 2 and 3. Under the upper plate 3 there is a device for collecting liquid, including a shell 4, tightly attached to the case 1 by its lower end; half rings 5 and 6, mounted at the top end of the shell on axles x 7 with a fixed angle of rotation. On the plates 2 and 3 there is a layer of the movable nozzle 8. Above the plates 2 and 3 install the liquid distributors 9. A separator 10 is installed in the upper part of the apparatus. The rods 11 are mounted on the plates 2 and 3 with the plates 12 fixed to the free end of the rod. One end of each rod 11 is rigidly attached to the web of plates 2 and 3, and the other free from pinning end of the rod; n with the plate 12 is placed in the layer of the movable nozzle 8. The absorber is mounted on the support 13 and provided with a pipe20

Газ с примес ми kaпpoлaктaмa подаетс в абсорбер через патрубок 14 и, последовательно проход . 12. tGas with impurities of the gasket is supplied to the absorber through the nozzle 14 and, successively through the mass exchange plates 2 and 3, cleans the apparatus. In the upper part of the apparatus, the gas is released in the separator 10 from liquid droplets, then the purified gas is discharged from the apparatus through the nozzle 15. Fresh irrigating liquid is supplied through the nozzle 16 and passes into the distributors 9, uniformly irrigating the nozzle 8 on the plate 3. Dropping through the plate 3, the fluid collects in the cavity of the shell 4, from where it is removed from the apparatus through the pipe 17. The inclination of the half-rings 5 and 6 regulates the flow rate in the cross-section of the shell, which prevents liquid from penetrating the bottom plate. The recirculating fluid is supplied to the lower plate 2 through the pipe 18 and the liquid distributors 9. After contact of this liquid with a gas in the sub-layer of the nozzle 8, the liquid flows into the lower part of the absorber and is discharged from the apparatus through the pipe 19. On the plates 2 and 3 vertical rods 1 G are installed with plates 12. t
В рабочем режиме газ приводит насадку в интенсивное хаотическое движение , В слое насадки размещен кон сольный конец стержн II с попереч- 35 ной пластиной 12, Вихревое движение газа и непрерьюные удары насадки по пластине 12 привод т консольную часть стержн 11 в колебательное дви жение высокой частоты (вибрацию),In the operating mode, the gas causes the nozzle to be intensively chaotic in motion. In the nozzle layer there is a cantilever end of rod II with a transverse plate 12, a vortex gas movement and continuous strikes of the nozzle across plate 12 bring the cantilever part of rod 11 into an oscillatory high frequency movement. (vibration)
Kami: 14 - for the entrance of contaminated which is transferred to the cloth of the plate, for, 15 - for the release of purified gas, 16 - for the entrance of fresh irrigating liquid, 17 - for the release of irrigating liquid flowing from the upper plate 3, 18 - for the entrance of recirculating liquid , 19 - to exit recirculating liquid.
The absorber with a movable nozzle is as follows.
в отверсти х тарелок .Due to the vibration of the plates, the deposition of caprolactam on the plates is prevented, the energy consumption during operation is reduced, and stopping of the apparatus for cleaning the plates 45 is eliminated. In addition, the vibration significantly intensifies the mass transfer in the fluid layer on the plates and in the openings of the plates.
