Пресс содержит валки Л и 2 с гребн ми 3 и формующими чейками 4 на них, плиту 5 с упругой подвеской 6 и виброприводом 7 горизонтального перемещени плиты, бункер 8 и средства дл удалени брикетов. Входные части рабочих поверхностей плиты (фиг. 2) выполнены гладкими . При этом по мере движени брикетов к зоне выгрузки происходит выдержка их под давлением с завершением релаксационных процессов . При этом вибраци плиты 5 обеспечивает интенсификацию уплотнени материала , ускорение релаксационных процессов в брикетируемом материале и извлечение брикетов из чеек без повреждений.The briquetted material flows from the hopper 8 to the briquetting zone, where it fills the cells 4.
