Цель изобретени - обеспечение возможности репозиции отломков ребер и грудины при множественньш переломах .The purpose of the invention is to provide the possibility of reposition of the rib and sternum fragments in case of multiple fractures.

Устройство дл лечени переломов ребер содержит наплечные дуги 1, соединенные с помощью болтов 2 с передней и задней съемными плечевыми опорами 3 с отверсти ми 4, по с 5 с карманами 6. В карманы 6 вставл ютс упругие дугообразные штанги 7, которые также креп тс к наплечным дугам 1 и съемным плечевым опорам 3 при помощи болтов 8. На щтангах 7 устанолены пластины 9 с возможностью перемещени , в отверсти х 10 которых расположены крючкообразные резьбовые т ги 11 с фиксаторами 12 на резьбовых концах. На пациента надевают предварительно собранньш каркас из наплечных дуг 1, плечевых опор 3, по са 5 и штанг 7, причем штанги 7 устанавливаютс в количестве не менее 6 шт. в местах множественных переломов ребер и грудины .
