Description

Описываема  установка дл  многоперфораторного бурени  шпуров отличаетс  от известных конструкций тем, что она выполнена в виде отдельных манипул торных стрел, укрепленных по периметру ствола на несущем кольце, перемещающемс  в вертикальном направлении при помощи лебедок .установленных на нат жной раме. Такое выполнение установки позвол ет совместить процесс бурени  с погрузкой породы и одновременно упростить процесс бурени  ввиду маневренности манипул торных стрел, сгруппированных в отде.1ьные группы.The described apparatus for multi-perforated drilling of boreholes differs from the known constructions in that it is made as separate manipulator arms, mounted around the perimeter of the trunk on the supporting ring, moving in the vertical direction with the help of winches mounted on the tensioning frame. Установка состоит из несущего кольца /, несущего манипул торные стрелы 2, расположенные по периметру кольца. Дл  удобства обслуживани  установки манипул торные стрелы смонтированы на несущем кольце в виде отдельных групп. На каждой манипул торной стреле установлено несколько бурильных машин 5 т желого типа, снабженных автоподатчиками 4. Кроме манипул торных стрел, на несущем кольце установлен гидронасос с пневмоприводом. На врем  взрывани  забо  установка поднимаетс  под нат жную раму 5 с помощью лебедок 6. Манипул торные стрелы, приведенные в транспортное полол ение, проход т через проемы нат жной рамы- В работу манинул торные стрелы включаютс  по мере освобождени  периферии.The installation consists of a carrier ring / carrying arm 2, located around the perimeter of the ring.
