е. возможность обезжиривани различных металлов .The purpose of the invention is to extend the life and expand the scope of the solution, i.e. the possibility of degreasing various metals.
The compositions of the proposed solution Nikolin are prepared as follows.
10 liters of tap water are placed in the tank of the laboratory washer and dissolved in it when bubbling with compressed air specified quantities of components, putting them in the following sequence: sodium sulfate; trisodium phosphate; sulfuric acid to pH 7-7.5 or 8.5-9; dry (natural medicinal coniferous extract; carboxymethylcellulose; DS-10 sintanol, DT-7 sintanol, S-amide-5, or their mixture in an arbitrary mass ratio.
The resulting Nikolin solution is heated to a given experimental temperature, a series of parts made of steel, copper, brass aluminum, zinc or their alloys with an average degree of surface contamination with lubricating oils (up to 5 g / m) is immersed in it on the suspensions and continue the continuous barbotage compressed by air. At specified intervals, the three parts are removed from the degreasing solution, washed for 0.5-1 min in running water, and the average duration of the degreasing process is determined by the extent of wetting of the surface of the parts with water.
It was established in the experiments that during 30 minutes of steel, copper and brass parts in a solution of a mixture of 20-30 g of sodium sulfate and 5-10 g of trisodium phosphate in 1 liter of water acidified with sulfuric acid to pH 8.5-9 (Nicolin - SM) and heated to 80 ± 5 C, no noticeable changes in the structure of the surface layer of the parts occur. Similarly, in parts made of aluminum, zinc and their alloys, no disturbances of the surface layer are observed when they are kept for 30 minutes in an aqueous solution of a mixture of these salts, acidified with sulfuric acid to a pH of 7-7.5 (Nikolin-AC) and heated to 50+ 5 s. If the composition of the Nikolin solution is kept within the specified limits and the pH of the medium is within the range of 7-7.5 (Nikolin-AC, the optimum temperature for degreasing aluminum, zinc and their alloys parts is within 40-50 + 5 €, and the optimal time for this process is 7-10 min.
From tab. 2 and 3 also shows that the use of components of the solution Nikolin in quantities below the lower limit (composition 1) leads to a decrease in the effectiveness of the solution, which is manifested in an increase in the duration of the degreasing process, and the use of the same components in quantities above the upper limit (composition 5) practically inappropriate, since it does not lead to a further reduction in the duration of the degreasing process, but rather causes an unjustified increase in the consumption of components due to
