Description

Известны электротензометрические щупы, предназначенные дл  измерени  динамических деформаций на поверхности металлоконструкций и содержащие проволочные датчики сопротивлени .Electric strain gauges are known for measuring dynamic deformations on the surface of metal structures and containing wire resistance sensors.

A distinctive feature of the proposed probe is that the probe sensors are glued to an elastic disk, which serves to uniformly press the sensor to the surface of the object under study. This provides increased measurement responsiveness and multiple probe use.

The compensation probe sensor can be mounted on an elastic disk, or next to the working sensor, or on the side opposite to the working sensor.

FIG. 1 and 2, respectively, schematically depicts examples of installation of the probe sensors by means of a bracket and by means of a clamp.

.Conventional-type wire (working and compensating) sensors / resistances are glued onto an elastic disk, for example a rubber washer 2, and connected into a half-bridge. The other half of the bridge is in a conventional amplifier. The washer 2 is superimposed by the working sensor on the controlled part 3 and is pressed against it with such a force as to cause a frictional force on the contact surface of the sensor with the part, the magnitude of which should not be less than the magnitude of the shearing force during deformation. In order for the working and compensation sensors to be under the same conditions, the quality of the surface is intermediate. The washers 4 and the material from which it is made should be the same as that of part 5. When measuring voltages in parts having a temperature different from the ambient atmosphere, both sensors (working and compensating) are glued on one side washers 2 so that their axes form a right angle. To increase the frictional force on the contact surface of the sensors and the part (which reduces the pressing force), their surfaces may be covered with rubber or the like. .
